Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours a week)
We are working with a successful business based in a rural setting near to Much Wenlock. The business is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. The key elements of this role is to look after key customers when they call to ask questions and place orders with you.
Duties will include:
* Ensure phone calls are answered in a professional manner.
* Calls might be general enquiries and questions, or calls to place orders
* Respond to email in a professional manner
* Ensure all orders are keyed onto the internal systems accurately
* Any general administration to support the team
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this wonderful opportunity we are looking for an experienced administrator that is passionate about giving an excellent customer service. You must have good attention to detail to ensure that orders are processed accurately. Depending on your location, you are likely to need your own transport to be able to commute to this premises for work.
