Salary : £25000 – £40000/annum plus excellent bonus and benefits

Job Overview:

* Working for a successful Recruitment company established for over 20 years, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consult to join our client's team.

* As a Recruitment Consultant you will work as part of a team of passionate Recruitment Consultants who aim to provide an excellent recruitment service. The role of Recruitment Consultant requires you to generate new business through sales actively and develop existing client relationships through flawless customer service (your role will be fast paced, liaising with both clients and candidates).

* The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a recruitment consultant role and may have a proven track record of delivery within a Technical / Mechanical / Engineering / Industrial environment.

The Role:

* As a Recruitment Consultant you must have prior experience within a recruitment consultant role, have a good telephone manner and be confident to make calls to candidates.

* You will ideally have a good presence & supporting experience within marketing.

* You will be provided with full training, a structured development & commercial program and work closely in tandem with the office Recruitment Consultants.

* There will be some administrative duties involved in the role therefore you will be required to have good IT knowledge of working with Microsoft Office packages.

* You will be able to demonstrate your previous success as a Recruitment Consultant

* Be able to quickly build and manage your own desk

* Be a strong team player who has pace, confidence and energy

* Sales, service, recruitment and admin will be strong attributes with a proven track record in all

* You will ideally be based within a commutable distance of our offices in Malvern, hold a full UK driving licence and reliable transport to enable you to attend client meetings
