I'm currently recruiting for sales professionals for my client based in Canary Wharf, London. They are a well-established Financial Services firm that focuses on Property Bonds.

Role of a Junior Broker:

* Contacting potential customers via a high networth database

* Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions

* To sell the product and services of the Company

* Working towards KPIs and targets both independently and as a team

As a Junior Broker you will need to have:

* Previous experience within a sales environment

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills

* Handle and overcome objections

* Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work under pressure and to targets

What the company offer:

* Basic salary up to £22,000

* Commission up to 4%

* Full Training
