Inspire Resourcing are thrilled to be recruiting a Customer Sales Advisor for an immediate start to work on a temporary basis for the next few months
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for immediate work that enjoys customer service and administration.
Duties to include:
• Taking inbound calls from customers and dealing with queries
• Converting enquiries into sales
• Making outbound calls to customers who have expressed an interest via the website
• Completing all relevant information on the computerised database
• Making reservations for customers and up selling where ever possible
• Providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service
• Coordinating with internal staff to ensure time frames are adhered to and all is prepared for your customer
• Filing, photocopying and general admin
To apply you must have had experience in telesales, reservations or customer service and be comfortable making telesales calls.
