Our client is a very well established award winning Property company who have been voted the ‘best estate agent’ over numerous years. They offer a slightly different approach to traditional estate agency and are extremely successful. With a focus on employee training, development and growth, they offer a fun, but professional environment with lots of structure and support with opportunities to develop into a Senior Sales Executive. Due to expansion we are looking for an additional Sales Executive. This role would suit an individual who has a good background as a sales executive, telesales executive or customer service and wants to earn exceptional commission. You don't need Property experience just a desire to do well and be rewarded.
MAIN DUTIES AS SALES EXECUTIVE
* Handling all of the inbound enquiries and responding to website requests for contact
* Ensuring every lead is followed up in a professional and timely manner as sales executive
* Taking the customer through a fact finding process to establish their need and property details
* Booking an appointment with a Property Valuer to progress their property enquiry
* Logging all details accurately on to the CRM system
* Liaising closely with the Property Valuers to manage their diaries effectively
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE AS SALES EXECUTIVE
* Have a good background in sales as sales executive, telesales executive, sales advisor, account manager or similar
* Enjoy working in a sales focused environment
* Possess great communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with all different customers
* Commission focused and target driven
