Sales and Marketing Trainee Assistant – URGENT STAFF NEEDED!

Altitude Direct is a leading outsourcing company, specializing in customer acquisition and customer service. We deal with new and existing customers on a daily basis so we believe that our sales assistants should be experts in face-to-face communication.

Our openings are a minimum 3 full days per week, you must be living in London and the age of 18 or over to apply.
Initially the role you will be involved in will require you to:
· Generate a new customer base for our clients
· Working within an enthusiastic and vibrant team
· Working towards collective team and individual targets
· Sales Acquisition – includes dealing with customers face to face
· Brand representation – be the face of one of our International clients

All we are looking for is a well-spoken applicant with great communication skills. You will be communicating with customers every day and so the ability to communicate in a professional manner is necessary.
A good level of confidence is also needed as you will be dealing with a range of different customers face to face. Lastly you will need a good understanding of customer service and a coachable attitude. We provide all the training needed to excel in this role.

This is an outstanding self-employed opportunity for recent grads or those looking to make a change in their careers in the charity sector. Initial earnings are based on 100% commission through completed customer sales and bonuses, we market through b2b, door 2 door and events. You will also be asked to spend a full day with a member of our company to help determine if the opening is right for you. This is part of our client's evaluation and participants will not receive compensation and expenses for their time.
