Sales and Hire Representative

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

We are working with a well-established family run company in Marchwood, looking to recruit a Sales and Hire Representative to work alongside their busy team providing storage to customers. This is a permanent position working Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm.
Duties will include, but not limited:
* Receipt of sales/ hire calls from new and existing clients
* Maintain all software databases and Tcards boards in line with company procedure
* Communicate effectively with the Transport Manager and Transport Coordinator with regards to deliveries or collections to and from locations
* Provide accurate cost of sales/hires information into the database
Personal Specification:
* Previous experience as a Sales and Hire Representative is desirable
* Must have previous Sales experience
* Confident, bubbly personality with an excellent telephone manner
* Great Customer Service skills
* Knowledge of Syrinx computer system is desirable
