The Role
* This is NOT a cold desk!! there are plenty of well-established clients and candidates already in place
* By utilising the already extensive network available to you, you’ll be sourcing business professionals across a range of sectors including:
* Retail, Life Sciences and Consultancies
* Salary bands range from £50k – £200k per annum.
* You'll be developing long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates, this has a 360 focus but you will be able to draw on the full support of 30 years combined team experience, so you can hit the ground running.

About you:
* Ideally educated to degree level
* You’ll be confident and proficient in the field of Recruitment
* Currently working in a 360 role within a Recruitment Agency environment
* Keen to take the initiative and drive your desk your way
* Ready to work in a grown up, collaborative environment and earn an absolute fortune!!
* Recruitment experience in any sector is ESSENTIAL!!
