Sales Executive – Property Rental / Lettings Software

A dynamic global property management software company are looking to hire an experienced PropTech Sales Executive who has sold software into the property letting and residential rental markets, or property management or real estate management sectors. If you have experience selling software into the "Build to Rent" area, they would snap you up. Their SaaS software solutions support the business of marketing, renting and managing residential accommodation across the UK and Europe.
The job is to sell a revenue management and yield increasing software solution that bolts on to any property management software, therefore giving you a large market to target. Base salary to £70k plus double OTE, a great benefits package, structured learning and career choices. Their offices are in London, so ideally you live within a 90 minute commute as you will go into the office a couple of days a week, once this is allowed again.
This property management software solutions company have a specialist tool for dynamically calculating rent & income that identifies hidden yield and increases revenue for property lettings and rentals companies. This links or integrates with existing letting and property rental management solutions. It has a tangible return for customers, but it is new to the market in the UK, and the concept needs to be explained to clients. Once the client understands what the solution offers and the benefits and increase in income that it will provide, it should be straight forward to close the sale.
You role will be to seek out new clients and communicate how this solution can help. You have a background in running discovery calls and demos, doing your own prospecting, client negotiation, and closing new business software sales. You love going after new business and establishing great relationships with customers.
You are experienced in selling property management, rental & lettings software or build to rent technology products over the phone, via web-based presentations, at industry events (when allowed again) and face to face. You love the thrill of the hunt, and can navigate through complex businesses to find the right decision maker. You will handle the complete sales cycle, develop a territory plan and qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel.
Who are you?
2 – 8 years Software Sales expertise in the PropTech / Residential Property Management solutions market, ideally 'Build to Rent' (BTR) or property lettings & rental software experience
Talented, hungry, ambitious and consultative Sales Executive / Business Development specialist
Worked with SaaS / Cloud / Web technology
A proven track record of achievement selling PropTech software and exceeding quota
Value-based selling approach and skills
Ability to identify, qualify and prioritise prospects, happy to pick up the phone and hunt
Obvious people and passion skills
Technically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM management (great at client follow up)
