Our client is a longstanding and successful business in the Manchester area, working exclusively with a market leading brand. The business is looking grow, with plans to hire business development executives to join their buzzing sales team. They offer bespoke training & mentorship and also a development route to the position of Field Sales Executive. They value staff highly and regularly recognized & reward hard work & success, with all of their management team also being promoted from within.

The role:

BDE will sell in a B2B capacity, targeting the SME sector in the North West region, selling both products & services. The role requires a consultative approach by understanding decision maker & business needs in order tailor packages to clients. The role involves direct selling and an element of opportunity generation for Field Sales Execs, for larger prospects. Sales Executives will have the opportunity to manage the accounts that they secure for the purposes of referral and repeat business. A strong work ethic is essential.
