Monday to Friday 7am till 5pm
One Saturday PCM with a day off in the week.

* The Trade Counter responsibilities
You will assist customers and build sales ensuring staff understand and carry out their duties effectively
You will represent the sales department and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets
You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with as well as adhering to company Health and Safety requirements
* You will ensure that the stock and stores area are well organised
* Skills & Experience needed
* Trade Counter exp
Good Plumbing & Heating Product knowledge
Manage, meet and exceed customer expectations
* The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers
Have managed or worked on the trade counter before
Good telephone manner
Friendly, articulate, customer focused
Dynamic and driven approach to sales and customer service
The ideal candidate will have current / recent experience within a Plumbers Merchants asa Trade Counter Assistant
