About us
We are a recruitment company specialising within the Fire & Security industry, Lift & Escalator industry and more. Due to continuous expansion, we are looking for several consultants to join our successful team in Loughborough to support our growth plans.
A recruitment background is not essential for this role as full training will be given.
However, if you have a working history in sales or any of our specialised sectors, then we would be really keen to speak to you.

The Role:
* Developing new clients through proactive sales calls
* Gaining strong understanding of recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
* Attracting candidates via networking and social media.
* Pre-screening, interviewing, representing and placing of candidates into work.
* Updating and maintaining the integrity of the CRM database system.
* Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs revenue targets and consistently achieving.
Requirements:
* If you can demonstrate that you have strong customer focused skills, confident on the phone, creative in your work approach and have the desire to excel yourself then we’d like to hear from you.
