Our Client is the UK Partner of SalesStar, a provider of unique and award-winning Sales Transformation programs to enlightened leaders of growth-orientated businesses. They now seek further talented individuals, with relevant B2B sales coaching background and commercial acumen, to join their expanding professional team. This is a Sales Coaching role on an Associate basis, as SalesStar grows it's already buoyant customer UK base via it's international joint venture as well as: their existing partnership with award-winning Objective Management, the world-class sales assessment and development tool.

This is a HOME-BASED ROLE so, your location is immaterial: SalesStar had already pivoted to remote coaching/delivery well before anyone had heard of Covid-19. This is NOT a salaried role: your income comes via a fee-generation structure. You may already be working on a consultancy/self-employed basis? More importantly, you will be a successful commercial professional who has significant personal sales and B2B sales team management where COACHING has been a major element of that role – and one that you enjoy doing!

You may be at a crossroads/on furlough, been made redundant and/or decided to take a new direction over which you have greater control: combined with a search for more flexibility/life balance perhaps, while still earning the level of income that your efforts and skill-set deserve.

In addition to coaching opportunities and client-leads that are presented to you, this Associate opportunity requires a business development mentality. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO SEEK OUT NEW BUSINESS. Target organisations will require assessment of their existing sales team, long term coaching (n.b. NOT training) and/or recruitment of new sales talent and their subsequent onboarding/development. You MUST have the DESIRE, COMMITMENT and RESILIENCE that you have demanded from your sales people in the past.

Successful senior experience in general business, operations and financal nous combined with the level of gravitas necessary to make the right connections with business owners/leaders and presentations to senior decision-makers will be a given.

This opportunity is unlikely to be a fit with an existing consultancy practice unless your current portfolio/workload is limited and/or being being run down to take a new direction for your personal/business strategy.

This is a great opportunity but, definitely not for the faint hearted! The initial onboarding, induction and formal certification process lasts for approximately 12 weeks. This requires professional commitment combined with an appropriate degree of financial independence. However, there is no cost/"buy in"/fee requirement from you. The ability to earn £80k+ in Year Two is well within reach of the determined individuals that we seek.
