A dynamic team at the heart of the business focused on providing exceptional account management and becoming the customer’s champion who are pivotal in customer retention and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
Role Summary for the Customer Account Manager
A diverse and challenging role where attention to detail coupled with an overriding passion for providing inspiring customer support is needed along with a positive minded can-do attitude with a daily demand to multi-task.
You will need to be numerate and commercially savvy as well as being dedicated, loyal and looking to stay long term. A natural aptitude to think on your feet whilst under pressure and work on your own initiative is key.
Responsibilities for the Customer Account Manager
You will have a key role in our Customer Experience team where you will have your own dedicated group of accounts to manage where you will complete outbound review calls, target account renewals and opportunity seek through cross-sell and up-sell where this also provides the opportunity to earn bonus and commission.
The ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships with your customers is central to the role where via business as usual you will problem solve, provide best advice and as a result deliver the right solutions coupled with making the most informed decision as each case arises.
In addition, you will be working in a team who are the driving force behind ensuring our success with receiving positive Trust Pilot customer reviews is maintained.
