In this brand new Account Manager position you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of Software-as-a-Service / SaaS technology, centered around financial, eCommerce and accountancy solutions. You will be tasked with recruiting, managing and growing a partner network within the Professional Services and Accountancy community to aid in your growth of the UK SME market place. You will be working in an autonomous sales environment (not micro-managed) so we are looking for self-motivated candidates looking to make a name for themselves.
Ideally we require candidates with a demonstrable track record in the Software or SaaS arena who have worked in either a new business or account management capacity. That said, if you have not sold software previously but want to move into this industry then we are willing to look at any corporate sales background so long as candidates have a stable and successful sales career to date and have the ability to sell consultatively (not transactionally).
Package is ultimately negotiable for an Account Manager, however initial indications are in the region of £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary + circa £18,000 Commission in the first year. That said, we anticipate that star performers will move up the ladder within this multi-billion dollar organisation inside of 12 months so the earning potential will grow exponentially from there.
