Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum

An established and growing family-owned business with exciting and ambitious growth plans is expanding its Customer Loyalty team even further.
They require an Account Manager to manage its existing customer base within an assigned geographical region. The main purpose of the role is to develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships to drive growth.
You will have a customer-first mentality and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and will take a proactive approach in developing existing accounts with a massive emphasis on providing outstanding customer service and care.
Reporting to the Customer Journey Manager in a busy and vibrant office environment
Key Responsibility
* Proactive Customer care for existing customers
* Handling inbound calls from customers to process orders
* Managing an inbox of order requests and enquiries
* Sales Order Processing
* Quotation and sample request follow ups
* Sales Administration – manage and maintain CRM
Requirements
* Highly self-motivated, self-starter who displays self-confidence and initiative.
* Target driven
* Passion for customer service with a personal ambition to succeed.
* Adaptable with a "do what it takes" attitude.
* Strong organization, prioritisation, and time management skills.
