Trainee Wealth Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £21000 – £50000/annum Uncapped Commission
1st Year OTE 50K
2nd Year OTE 70K

The role of the Trainee Wealth Manager
* Identifying customers needs and sales opportunities
* To call high net worth clients from a pre-qualified database and gain an understanding of their current investments and investment goals and present our recommendation to them.
* Approach new clients with recommendations; provide a comprehensive summary of the market and then close
* Arrange meetings for high net worth clients to meet with the Private Client Directors

The ideal Trainee Wealth Manager
* Educated to a degree level
* A minimum of 6 months experience within an outbound calling sales role preferred
* An excellent phone manner and strong communication skills are essential
* A very self motivated, positive and extremely target driven character
* A confident, professional and engaging personality
* A strong desire to succeed in sales, in order to achieve excellent earnings and career progression
* A willingness and ability to listen and learn quickly
