Technical Sales Representative

Salary : £25000 – £27000/annum + car + commission
We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to work for a leading manufacturer of polyurethane and epoxy resins
This is a home and field based role and the successful applicant can be living in any of the of sales territories including: North Lincolnshire, North Nottinghamshire, North Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside, North Derbyshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cumbria, Durham, Northumberland, Scotland.
Previous sales experience is not essential as full training will be provided. We are seeking for someone who degree or HND qualified in an engineering or chemistry subject, and seeking a career in a commercial sales role. A full clean UK driving licence is also required.
Position Requirements and Responsibilities:
The position is to maintain and develop existing and new sales/customers within various applications and to maintain sales targets. This will be 80:20 new business using total quality sales and professionalism meeting various hierarchies of client. You will be required to help develop and drive new product ranges giving feedback of the market and activity on your territory. There is a need for you to report on your activities from your weekly call plan on a daily basis using our implemented database system. You will be based from home and required to attend sales meetings at head office once a month.
