We are again looking to grow our team with the addition of a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter. Verto People is a high performing, results driven recruitment business and working for a start-up has many benefits. You will be at the forefront of our growth and expansion plans, you will be surrounded by a small team of high performers and you will receive one-on-one training from Directors that have trained over 50 recruiter’s who have gone onto bill millions of pounds in the recruitment industry.
We are engineering recruiters at heart, although our clients like to use us for most of their positions. Due to this, we have become the preferred recruitment provider for some large clients on an exclusive and retained basis to work across their business. Recruitment is not a numbers game here at Verto, if you see yourself more as a strategic advisor to your clients (or you’d like to make that transition), then get in touch.

Verto People is owned and led by three recruitment-directors who are at the forefront of bringing in new roles for the team. Since opening in February 2020 (yes, just before a global pandemic), we have grown to a team of 7 with the aim of growing by a further two starting in August.
We are looking to speak to people who have previous recruitment experience as a recruitment consultant / recruiter / resoucer looking to step up or have performed well against sales targets.
