The Role:
This is a new business sales role selling a portfolio of SaaS solutions around eLearning (LMS and Content) into the UK Healthcare sector. You will be charged with following up on predominantly warm leads and incoming enquiries, as a lot of the technology and award-winning training content is geared around compliance and regulatory training, so the mandatory nature of the offering means the fish are jumping in the boat.

The Candidate:
We’re ideally looking for professional, articulate, money-motivated salespeople, that are shape-able and mouldable for the future as this technology provider continues it’s rapid growth strategy. You will have experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally telephone-based, and have a demonstrable track record of achievement against targets.

The Package:
On offer for the right candidates is a fantastic package that will generate a Year 1 OTE of £50,000+. This is made up of a competitive basic salary, plus an uncapped and rewarding commission plan that pays out of new business and future renewals, so the OTE moving into Year 2 can and should exceed £80,000. On top of this you will receive a generous benefits package, excellent training and coaching and a defined path for career progression.
