Recruitment Consultant – Engineering
We are once again recruiting internally for our team in Erdington. Contek are a passionate team of Industry experts with over 25 years experience combined within Engineering and Trades/Labour sectors.
Here at Contek, we are not your typical corporate high street agency, we believe in working hard, achieving realistic goals and work life balance.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Engineering Division. Have you been a resourcer in the recruitment industry and looking for that next step? Or do you have 1-2 years experience working as a Recruitment Consultant in any other industry?
We are a small team, and work together to drive each other for success. You will receive knowledge from past Engineers who have worked directly on the shop floor, and experts in Recruitment.
Working Hours:
Mon-Thurs 8:30-4:30pm, Fri 8:30-3:00pm

– Commission – 0-7k @ 8%, 7-11k @ 12%, 11-15k @ 16% and so on. Dependant on experience.
