This will be a 360 Recruitment Consultant role working across both temporary and permanent positions. Job Description
* Business Development – plan and structure growth of the desk by creating a Business Development plan including target Companies within specific geographical areas
* To effectively establish, maintain and manage both existing and new client relationships
* Candidate management – manage effective candidate relationships throughout the Recruitment process
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Proven ability to hit targets and manage a profitable desk
* Car owner/driver
