The Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a pivotal member of our business, you will leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying, cultivating, and managing profitable relationships across various organisational levels.
* Proactively generating new leads through targeted sales initiatives and capitalising on existing opportunities.
* Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation and business development.
* Maintaining accurate records of business development activities in our CRM system and providing support to senior management.
* Championing the Recruitment Boutique brand, values, and ethics to accelerate our presence in the marketplace.
* Collaborating closely with our consultants to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successfully converting leads into business opportunities. Ideally in recruitment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
* Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A team-oriented mindset with a keen sense of individual accountability.
* Willingness to travel within England to engage with key stakeholders.
* Ability to negotiate and establish preferred supplier agreements (PSLs).
* Ideally educated to degree level.
* A growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous personal development.
* A valid UK driving licence.
