Uncapped Annual OTE (realistically achieving £55k OTE in the first year at the higher salary band (DOE))

We are looking for a dynamic individual to help our client expand their event marketing / branding business. Your main task? To get our client's well-known brand into more top sporting event venues across the UK!

Key Role Highlights:

As a Business Development Executive, your mission is to target, engage, and convert prospective customers within defined sectors and geographies, securing new sales and expanding our client's customer base. You will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, understanding their unique requirements, and effectively communicating how our client's products and services can meet events' needs.

What You'll Do:

* Collaborate with new customers to understand their brief, challenges, and requirements, forging new customer relationships and maintaining current relationships.
* Convert both cold and warm leads into solid sales opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to create compelling sales materials and pitches.
* Stay updated on industry trends to keep our client’s proposition sharp.
* Deliver stellar customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Success Metrics:

* Increase the number of new clients.
* Meet or exceed sales targets.
* Achieve overall business growth.
* Maintain a high conversion rate.
* Gather positive client feedback.

Flexibility: This is a roving role, predominantly office-based (North Oxfordshire) but with the flexibility to head straight to meetings from home, circling back to the office afterwards… or to another meeting!

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm

(Note: This role may require occasional travel, including overnight stays, to industry events, conferences, trade shows, and client visits throughout the UK)
