Data Storage Sales Executive

Exciting new position based in the City of London within a large Quantum Storage business.

Basic Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 p.a. (depending on experience and proven track record) + Commission (OTE Approx £100K+ uncapped)

Working within the number one Quantum Storage Reseller in EMEA. Our client has been the recipient of the Quantum StorNext VAR of the year award for the past 4 years (Apply online only).

The successful applicant will be working with the Head of Sales division focused on selling Quantum/Dell/EMC storage and the infrastructure software and support services associated.

The ideal candidate will have experience in proactive sales, selling Quantum Dell/EMC and/or competitor scale-out storage solutions, at all levels. With excellent verbal and written communication skills you will generate your own pipeline and drive opportunities. Candidates must also have solid CRM skills and be able to track the sales process from Lead to Opportunity to the final Sale.

The role would be considered as a hybrid role, with the successful candidate to be expected to be able to travel into the London HQ a minimum of 2 days per week.

Essential Experience & Skills to Include:

* Sales experience of Quantum/Dell/emc storage solutions

* Experience and evidence of carrying a minimum of a £450k + Gross profit target (per Annum)

* Experience with selling both Cloud and on premises solutions, (AWS experience would be an advantage)

* Hunter mentality and be comfortable working in an environment with a high focus on outbound lead generation.

* Excellent ‘Business Sense’ for evaluating sales opportunities in a dynamic environment.

* Solid communication and presentation skills and able to adapt these depending on the client.

* Strong sales and marketing skills: needs analysis, positioning, and business justification and closing.
