They are looking for Internal Account Managers /Sales Support to help with their continued growth across their IT solutions team.
For this IT Sales Support / Internal Account Manager role we are looking for:
* An individual who has a background of sales within the IT or technology industry
* Experience of Account Management and a proven track record of working alongside the sales teams
* Ability to meet and exceed SLA's/KPI's
* The ability to build long standing relationships with clients and to maximise business within these organisations
* Strong IT literacy (e.g. MS Office)
* Min A-level or equivalent education
Knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft Cloud would be very desirerable.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Ensure the system is up to date so the pipeline can be effectively managed, and all the opportunities are qualified accurately
* Raise quotations and process orders
* Communicating new services and products to prospective clients
* Working with the executive account manager to maximise a client's full potential
* Maintain Key relationships within the assigned accounts.
* Work with the account managers to develop a proposal that is right for the client's needs and objectives
* Use a variety of styles to negotiate and persuade appropriately
