Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, PropTech Sales – huge potential for sales directorship in the future. This is a newly created role that could be suited to someone early on in their career with just a few years PropTech sales, or someone heavily experienced in the sales of property management and real estate software solutions who is looking to leverage years of industry and market knowledge, and take on a director's position. Mid-sized PropTech Software Solutions Company of around 40 people, London based, but in essence you can work from home, with visits to the office and to client sites. Wide salary range from £60 -90k basic to reflect your level of expertise – OTE £120 – £180k.

You will be a visionary, strategic solution sales specialist who can drive revenue and re-develop the route to market here. Your background will be in the sales of property management / real estate / property investment, landlord's, or property booking and maintenance software solutions, such as Qube, MRI, Yardi, Arthur online, Pex, Rentman, Re-Leased, Axia, CML, Reapit, Fixflo, RealPage, Skyline, rentCafe, Cornerstone or similar.

They are looking for a hunter with a consultative sales approach. You will be a self-starter, who gets satisfaction from generating your own leads, and works hard to take a software business on an exciting growth journey. You will have a network of contacts, and strong property industry expertise that you can utilise to build your portfolio of customers, and drive your sales. A proven background in business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the PropTech market, and taking a prospect through the full sales life cycle is essential. You are professional, ambitious, hungry and keen, with a passion for property management software and the benefits that it brings to your customers.

The company provides independent software, tools and consultancy advice for the commercial & residential property investment, property management, block management and real estate industries. Their solutions are unique and integrate with all the leading property management solutions. This offers you a vast array of potential clients to approach and do business with. You will work closely with the marketing and consultancy teams to ensure that your finger is on the pulse and that your knowledge is up to date.

This is a role where you will be the voice of the company, you can make your mark, use your creativity and innovation, and really put your stamp on the business. The big opportunity here is the long term potential to be a Board Director in a very successful software consultancy that is highly regarded and well established.

You do not need to be London based, but you will probably go into the office once a week or a fortnight and there will be visits to client sites, so bear that in mind in terms of where you live.
