We are currently recruiting for a Telesales/Telemarketing adviser, to join a successful and well-established business based near Solihull
As a Telemarketing Advisor you will be:
• Promoting company campaigns via cold calls or warm calls
• Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone (mostly outbound)
• To record and update information accurately
• Generate leads to pass over to employees
• Making outbound calls to new and existing customers, advising, and upselling on company products/ services offered.
The ideal Telemarketing candidate would have:
• Confident communication skills and telephone manor
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
