Salary: £25k+ basic, OTE £50k, uncapped commission
The Company:
Our client are a well established, family owned Independent who specialise in providing bespoke kitchens to the residential market. With 7 showrooms in Ireland and 2 in the UK they are a forward thinking company looking for talented designers to join their team and success. They are looking for a kitchen design consultant, based at their Essex showroom who can design and sell their bespoke kitchens, manufactured by one of the world's largest German brands, and act as an ambassador to the company whilst promoting their brand and products.
The Role:
– Meeting and greeting clients, on site visits and converting designs and quotations into sales
– Offering a design led service using CAD software, in particular 20/20 Fusion FX
– Solution and consultative selling, offering technical advice
– Manage projects from start to finish
The Candidate:
– Experience and passion for selling and designing kitchens
– Experience of using CAD, 20/20 Fusion FX desired
– A track record in sales and design role
– Ability to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design, supply and fit installation process
– Have a solution based, design led approach and understanding of what will work and what won’t
