This is a brand-new Business Development Manager position, charged with taking an award-winning portfolio of Software and SaaS solutions into the Corporate HR World. The technology includes Employee Surveying tools, Data Analytics for Training and L&D departments, Employee Engagement and Assessment Tools. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from cradle to grave, working towards ambitious and rewarding revenue targets that generate the ability to double and potentially triple your basic salary with commission.
For this Business Development Manager role, we’re seeking new business sales candidates who have a demonstrable track record of developing corporate opportunities from scratch. You will have the ability and preparedness to perform your own prospecting and lead generation activity and have a hunger and desire for success. IT would be ideal if you also have experience of selling a Corporate HR Solution, so candidates with experience and knowledge of such things as eLearning, L&D, Training, LMS, Talent Assessment, Employee Engagement, HCM, Recruitment Software and potentially recruitment will all be of interest.
Depending on experience, the package for this Business Development Manager role will be anywhere from £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE. Due to the competitiveness of the commission plan, the earning potential is very lucrative, and we would anticipate the successful candidates to have the ability to double their basic when hitting target… and potentially much more for over achievement.
