Our client requires tech savvy salespeople who can interact well with small to medium sized businesses of all types and sizes. Using your creative selling skills you will use a variety of methods – phone, online, tradeshows and occasionally face to face meetings.

This role involves a 360 degree process in that you will be responsible for developing some, (but not all), of your own leads. You will then develop a sales pipeline and be responsible for maintaining that, ensuring the cycle is completed and the sale is closed. It goes without saying that exceptional interpersonal skills are required for success.

Customers will need to be guided through the importance of embracing the system and it is fundamental that you can demonstrate benefits, unique selling points and above all a return on investment for the client. This is a solution selling environment and as such you will have experience of this or at the very least be able to grasp the concept immediately.

Other essentials include:

– Track record of successful selling

– Ability to develop own prospects, leads and pipeline

– Ability to sell via a variety of methods

– Superlative communication skills

– Must be a closer of business deals

– Hunger and drive to be part of a winning team

In return for your efforts you will receive an excellent base plus uncapped earning potential with a genuine, realistic OTE of £35 – 40k or more in year one. This will be much higher for exceptional salespeople.
