The Role;
* Answering inbound calls and building a rapport with the customer
* To sell various insurance policies
* Maximise sales opportunities including cross-selling and up-selling
* Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible
* Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently
About You;
* Sales or Customer Service experience
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Computer literate
* Looking to learn something new
