A leading telecommunications/data company is expanding due to growth and is looking to expand its already successful field sales team.

The role is "hybrid" where you will be both office and field based
You will be tasked with selling leading edge telecoms and data solutions into existing accounts and managing, growing and retaining them.
The ideal person would be:-
* · B2B sales (internal or field) background is preferred
* · Experience in working to and achieving Sales targets / KPI's
* · Highly organised, timely, attention to detail, driven, integrity and excellent customer service skills
* · Already succeeding in their current role- Hosted sales experience helpful but not essential.
* · Someone who can think outside of the box to deliver the right solution for the customer.
* · Success-hungry! money motivated!
* · Well presented with excellent communication skills.
* · Open to new ideas and ready to take on new challenges within this very competitive market space
Key Objectives
* * To maximise revenue for the Business and yourself by achieving Monthly Sales Targets
* * To ensure highest Payplan reward and success for the Business by achieving Product Targets
* You will be expected to:-
* · Self-Generate at least 30% of your leads.
* · Create and effectively manage your own mobile pipeline on a daily basis
* · To call a customer base of 113,000 existing landline customers and open up the hosted conversation and build a hosted business.
* · To report daily on their personal activity to line manager.
* · Create a sales plan on a monthly basis to grow the sales within the hosted space to deliver the targeted new connections per month – creating a consistent run rate within 6-9 months.
* This role demands a great amount of dedication to meet targets set out and the demands of calling out and managing face to face meetings.

Ideally, you will have good telesales/desk based/internal/field sales experience in telecoms, IT or technology products and solutions. However, applications are encouraged from good, proven salespeople who feel they can succeed in this role
