Educated Appointments Ltd is a recruitment agency for the Further Education and Skills sector. Founded in February 2019, the business had a great first year, making profit which isn’t a common theme with start-up businesses.
Due to client attainment and growth within this area, Educated Appointments are looking to appoint ambitious individuals to join the team!

Role Profile
The successful candidate will be a driven, enthusiastic individual who takes pride in achieving targets consistently. Whilst building relationships with FE providers across the country, the applicant will also build relationships with candidates to generate a large network across the sector. Combining the two, the FE & Skills Recruiter will use these relationships to generate vacancies and organise interviews for suitable individuals.
Duties
To provide a professional yet personal service to both client and employer, ensuring a relationship is built and maintained.
Advertise all vacancies on available job boards/ social media platforms and manage candidate applications.
Interview and vet candidates fully; ensuring that any certificates and references are obtained if necessary.
Ensure all clients/ candidates are updated throughout the entire process.
Provide interview support and guidance for candidates if necessary.
Arrange and confirm interviews between client and candidate, ensuring feedback is obtained for all candidates.
To complete entries into the companies’ CRM system (Companies/ Candidates/ Vacancies/ Placements) and adhere to current GDPR laws and regulations.
Liaise with the company director to ensure invoices are raised, sent and paid.
Client visits and events on occasion.
Other duties may be asked to be done by the company director and will be agreed by the FE & Skills Recruiter.
