Your current background in the commercial world is important as well as being able to create long term relationships. Keeping track of your projects and delivering on time is essential. We recruit people that have varied backgrounds and offer coaching and development so that you reach your potential. You will need to have an appetite for learning and are quick to pick up new learning. Keen to continually look for better ways of working is important to ensure we always deliver the best solutions.
You’ll need to be confident in talking with busy executives over the phone.

Because of continued business growth, Oakstone International can offer uncapped earnings. With a good basic salary plus commission and bonuses, you can easily earn £50 -100k and more once established in the role.
