The business supplies branded FMCG products and is a leader across its formats. This is the biggest account role they have in the business and requires an experienced NAM/SNAM to oversee a very important stage of growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Full multi-million £ P&L responsibility – Northern Retailers
• Create, negotiate & execute win/win JBPs
• Maximise range and distribution
• Launch transformational product innovation
• Deliver optimal promotional plans
• Best in class day to day account management
• Effective cross functional collaboration with supply / ops, category, brand &shopper marketing and commercial

The person

• Experience working with UK Grocery customers ideally across branded FMCG Categories.
• Thrives in an ambitious and fast paced environment.
• Great at working within and leading cross functional project teams (especially category, shopper marketing and operations)
• Exemplary commercial acumen & negotiation skills
• Effective networker and relationship builder
• Developed people and Leadership skills
• Strong Controller potential
