CareCo are seeking motivated Sales Advisors to join us in our Head Office in Brentwood.
As one of the leading mobility retailers in the country, CareCo are growing at a rapid rate and are keen to employ ambitious sales staff who have a passion for assisting our customers in finding a product that is best suited to their specific needs.

Our Telesales Advisors have a knack for matching customer needs to the many products within our range, and the benefits they provide to the users.
We don’t do pushy sales or cold calling – our target audience are either existing customers or they have seen one of our many advertisements online, on the television or through our print marketing.
This role requires a confident, caring individual who is keen to learn about the products that we sell, so that they can qualify each customer for a product that best suits their needs.
This position is based in our Head Office in Brentwood. Due to our rapid growth, CareCo are building a brand-new Head Office which will be based in Braintree and will be finished in May 2022. (See the top banner for a photo of the new build!)
What are my responsibilities?
* To answer inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers
* Achievement of sales targets and KPIs
* Flexible with ad-hoc tasks within a sales environment
* Supporting the business by ensuring excellent service
What skills are required?
* Strong sales focus with the ability to qualify customers for the correct product
* Inbound and/or Outbound Telesales experience
* Ability to create excellent rapport with customers
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
* Ability to use and navigate through computer systems and databases proficiently
What do CareCo offer you?
* £21,000 basic salary, with on-target earnings ranging between £27,000 to £34,000
* Uncapped commission structure
* Full-time hours – 5-day working week that includes weekend work and may include bank holiday work (you will never work both Saturday & Sunday, and you will be guaranteed one weekend off a month)
