My client is an award winning business. Due to continued success & rapid expansion they currently require a talented Ruby on Rails Technical Lead.
My client are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Ruby on Rails Technical Lead. to join the development team. Looking for a candidate that has got extensive experience in Ruby on Rails and is an advocate for TDD.
Job Details:
Train and develop junior engineers to hone their craft as software developers
Engineer a better code base with your team.
Be part of an 8-10 person agile engineering team, part of a wider Engineering organisation
Be a coder-This is a hand on role which will require deep technical Ruby on Rails knowledge
Mentor and coach more junior members of the team
Identifying technical needs with one eye always to the future. Scalability is key.
Break down large-scale projects into manageable KPI's and working heavily with the Delivery Manager to ensure these get cascaded through the team
