Rope Access Technicians and Managers
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £42000 – £52000/annum
As part of a business expansion plan, Trace Surveys are seeking specialised Rope Access Technicians to help lead this newly created specialised division. There are three positions available. All IRATA levels will be considered. Role will favour anyone who enjoys engineering challenges and has experience / knowledge of glazing, cladding and roofing systems.
About us:
Trace Surveys specialise in leak detection, defect diagnosis and building compliance testing. We have an existing demand to carry out installations and repairs using rope access. The successful candidate will help us fill that demand and help us expand into cleaning and maintenance aspects of rope access.
The successful candidate will be an industry expert and the main focus will include:
* Interior / Exterior Cleaning
* Building Survey / Inspection
* Leak Testing
* Building Maintenance
* Building Repairs
* Construction work
Successful candidates will also manage and deal with Client Enquiries, Quotations, Job Logistics, RAMS Writing, Equipment Maintenance and H&S.
Additional requirements:
* IRATA – all Levels
* Current first aid
* CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence
* Commutable distance to London
