Rope Access Contracts Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £50000/annum
As part of a business expansion plan, Trace Surveys are seeking a specialised Rope Access Contracts Manager to lead this newly created specialised division at Trace Surveys.
About us:
Trace Surveys specialise in leak detection, defect diagnosis and building compliance testing. We have an existing demand to carry out installations and repairs using rope access. The successful candidate will help us fill that demand and help us expand into cleaning and maintenance aspects of rope access.
The successful candidate will be an industry expert and the main focus will include:
* Interior / Exterior Cleaning
* Building Survey / Inspection
* Leak Testing
* Building Maintenance
* Building Repairs
* Construction work
You will also take the lead on Client Enquiries, Quotations, Job Logistics, Equipment Maintenance and H&S.
Additional requirements:
* IRATA Level 3
* Current first aid
* CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence
* Commutable distance to London
