Restaurant Supervisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £26000 – £27000/annum Plus Service Charge
My client is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead their fabulous team and help support their Restaurant Manager.
The Restaurant Supervisors ensure the cheerful and professional delivery of their food and beverage service to the required standards for the restaurants on a daily basis by inspiring and enabling the team and leading by example.
They are looking for someone who is experienced but also willing to learn, is self-motivated, works in a clean and tidy manner and is able to help lead the team.
You must be passionate about delivering consistent, impeccable service and hospitality to their guests whilst reflecting a relaxed approach.
Key responsibilities are:
* Delivery of exceptional hospitality
* Delivery of product knowledge
* Positive financial performance of Food and Beverage sales
* Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Working hours are 5 over 7, and will include evenings and weekends
