The Crab House Cafe is a longstanding, award winning, single AA rosette seafood restaurant and oyster farm in Weymouth, Dorset overlooking Chesil Beach. We are family run, with a strong family ethos remaining within our business.
Due to our current restaurant manager of 8 years taking on a new challenge within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join our team.
We are looking for a seasoned hospitality operator to take charge of our team and lead the restaurant, you will be responsible for driving standards, promoting and cultivating a positive working culture, and helping us reach our potential and improve our offering.
You will become the face of The Crab House and be in charge of the overall customer experience. This is a challenging, hands on role within a fast paced environment, experience within a similar, high volume environment would be advantageous.
You will have Wednesday – Sunday availability, and you will work a mixture of split shifts, daytime, evening and weekends.

Menu writing
Epos programming
Working to budgets
Assisting the Senior Management team with HR (performance management, performance reviews)
Stock management
Cleaning duties
