Our client is seeking a Resourcer to join their very successful Delivery Team. They are looking for full time and part time people
08.30 to 17.30 . Flexibility on hours. Industry training given.
* Salary – £24,000, rising to £25,000 after probation (OTE £29-30)
* WFH 3 days per week
* 2 days per week in the office
What you’ll be doing:
* Working with the Sales Team to support strategies and increase their market capture
* Directly liaising with the clients to fulfil their live recruitment needs
* Proactively engaging with the international aviation labour market to build and grow your own network
* Seeking out niche skilled individuals, both job seekers and passive candidates
* Creating and placing job adverts across specialist media and websites
* Dealing with all jobseeker enquiries
* Interviewing candidates (normally by phone)
* Completing reference checks and verifying applicant documents
* Managing candidates through the recruitment process from application to start date
Candidate requirements for the Resourcer:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Previous experience within a fast-paced office (any resourcing experience a bonus)
* Excellent IT skills
* Superb organisational, communication, presentation and listening skills
* To enjoy hard work, thrive under pressure and like working to targets
* Any additional language skills are a bonus
* Happy to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office
