Reporting into the Global Customer Insight Director
This is a newly created role. As Research Manager you’ll be working closely with commercial and marketing teams in the UK and US across the Dennis portfolio, to ensure research and insights are at the heart of key business decisions
* Champion and support the customer centric research and insights function internally and externally.
* Support the strategic delivery of research and insights to enhance our customer identification, customer experience and customer satisfaction objectives.
* You will be responsible for recommending, designing, implementing and communicating research studies.
* Deliver clear and actionable outputs for our marketing and commercial teams.
* Full management of in house quantitative research projects.
* Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal teams, from brand owners, marketing, commercial, digital, editorial.
* Keep up with media research trends.
* Provide timely day-to-day research support for our commercial teams.
* Conduct advertising effectiveness studies using our in house tools
