Job Type : Contract, Full Time

Salary : £15 – £16/hour

I am currently working with a Housing Association based in Leatherhead, Surrey which is looking for a Repairs Admin.
This role is Hybrid working Monday-Friday.
As a Repairs Administrator, your responsibilities will be:
· Managing the repairs inbox
· Liaising with customers and contractors regarding repair enquiries
· Attending complaints and contractors meetings
· Liaising with management and the asset team
Experience desired (But not essential) :
· Administrative Experience
· Repairs Experience
· Working within a Housing Setting
This is a 4-month initial contract with the possibility of going permanent, Paying £15-£16 LTD per hour.
