Relief Chef
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10 – £18/hour
Are you an experienced chef looking for a fully flexible role or searching for a work life balance?
We are looking for experienced chefs to cover relief placements all over the East Anglia. We serve a diverse customer base operating in various environments from sporting events and gastropubs to fine dining hotels and event catering. We have opportunities for full time placements on a temporary and permanent basis or simply pick up extra shifts on your free days to earn extra cash!

We have many placements for relief chefs across Cambridgeshire currently covering head chef, senior sous chef, sous chef, chef de partie and commis chef.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for experienced and reliable chefs that take pride in their work, integrate seamlessly into a kitchen team and are keen to help us to grow our business by delivering a fantastic service to our customers.
Our relief chefs must:
Have excellent time keeping and enthusiasm on every placement
The ability and willingness to support our customers in all areas of the kitchen
Excellent working knowledge of the highest standards of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene legislation
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a fast-past commercial environment
Communicate effectively with all venue staff
Have a copy of their Food Hygiene Certificate (At least Level 2)
Driving licence would be preferred as travel may be required but not essential
