Regional Sales Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum
Demeter Ag are supporting a very exciting plant and animal nutrition company with the recruitment of a Regional Sales Manager.
The company are working worldwide and currently employ of 5000 people, with the UK market currently on a strong development path, they have been working across the Uk for the last 20 years.
The role will be based in the South West and the ideal candidate will need to have a strong existing network and background in agricultural sales. Ideally with a FACTs or AMTRA qualification.
The role will include;
Market analysis.
Presenting specific products to our clients.
Developing partnerships with distribution partners.
Recruitment of Sales Representatives.
Delivering on strategic development to increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have;
Experience performance managing sales teams, ability to build string relationships and increase productivity.
Strong background in B2B sales, strategic planning and meeting targets and KPI’s.
Ideally be FACTs qualified and if not willing to take the qualification in the earl stages of the role.
A genuine passion for the industry, ability to work independently and be self motivated.
