Recruitment Resourcer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18000 – £20000/annum
IMH Recruitment are currently looking for a recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team based at our head office in Rotherham.
Due to growth and expansion and our new office space, we are looking to add to our team.
Here at IMH we are an established multi-sector agency based in South Yorkshire.We are a family run business offering recruitment with a national reach but holding local presence.
Experience working in a Recruitment background is essential but all training with be provided on the job.
Hours and Pay:
* Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
* Salary on offer is between £18’000 and £20’000 depending on your experience.
* Bonus Structure in place.
The Recruitment Resourcer will work as part of a fast-paced team, being responsible for:
* Qualifying and interviewing suitable candidates for specific role across a number of sectors.
* Registration of candidates.
* Managing Office booking
* Managing Calendar invites
* Coordinating interviews between client and candidates
* Sending out Offer Letter and providing feed back
* Writing and posting adverts for a various role.
* All Aspects of administration duties.
* Making sure all documentation is up to date.
* Telephone duties.
As a recruitment resourcer you will need the following skills:
* Recruitment background
* Be able to work to tight deadlines
* Be organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
* Be computer literate
* Have an experience telephone manner and provide excellent service
* Sales experience is an advantage if you would like to progress to a full 360 Consultant.
