Exciting opportunity within the Film Industry to head up the recruitment function for this extremely creative organisation.
Based in North London and travelling to multiple sites.

Job summary

reporting to the HR Director, this is a stand alone role working jointly with Directors, department managers and Human Resources to conduct the sourcing, interviewing.

and hiring of employees across the Group up to but not including the written formal offer of employment.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, and additional duties may be assigned from time to time:

• Liaise with departmental managers and directors to establish current recruitment objectives.
• Coordinate with department managers and directors to forecast future hiring needs.
• Research and choose appropriate job advertising options.
• Implement new sourcing methods.
• To draft job adverts and job descriptions in line with company branding.
• To organise interviews, via telephone, Microsoft Teams and in person.
• To correspond with all relevant parties (including job sources/candidates/internal customers) on behalf of
the Company.
• To assist relevant managers with interviews.
• To organise an active candidate bank for the Company.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Research into competitors and market place.
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand to attract candidates.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

Skills

• Demonstrable skills in recruitment.
• Knowledge of labour legislation.
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• An action-oriented and flexible approach to management.
• A self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
• An analytical and effective decision maker with the ability to prioritise, communicate key objectives and
organisational goals.
• A professional self-motivated individual.
• The willingness and ability to learn the recruitment needs of the business
