To £40000 per annum – potential to deliver role over 4 days pw.
An exciting new role to partner with your colleagues in the HR teams at sites based throughout the UK to create and deliver a consistent approach to attracting and hiring candidates into hourly paid roles. You will need to be office based at least two days pw in either Huntingdon, Grantham, Sleaford or near Derby – ideally you will be willing to travel to all sites on occasion to support with recruitment activities.
You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the challenges of recruiting in the current market and show creativity and vision in identifying attraction channels and messaging. You will own the assessment calendar and working closely with your site recruitment leads to agree the programme of activity. It will then be up to you to source assessment centre locations, engage line managers and internal staff to attend, and then engage the candidates.
Once a successful approach has been identified you will roll this out across all sites – reviewing and re-invigorating the approach to meet changing needs of the market and candidate availability.
In addition, you will be managing relationships with suppliers and creative agencies to ensure brand consistent and on message communications, and audience appropriate attraction tools are available for all sites.
This role would suit someone who has been working in recruitment, either agency or in house, with large scale hourly paid populations – this will take you away from the day to day interviewing and on boarding but focus on the communications to and attraction of bulk applicants. An interesting change for sure.
