Hours: 09:00-17:00
I am currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join my team here at Madisons Recruitment based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
This role offers an excellent job perspective for the right candidate to continue their Recruitment Consultant path with progression available to every employee with the right attitude.

Role definition:
– Building lasting relationships with new and existing clients
– Daily sales objectives
– Sourcing the right candidates for each live project
– Database maintenance, interviewing, candidate management, client entertainment
– Quarterly targets with incentives once reached
– We are looking for someone confident in their abilities, passionate about a career and committed to achieve every target set
Construction, Agriculture & Horticulture, Warehouse & Distribution or Sales experience is required and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
